Shipping Info: Please allow around 4-6 weeks for production/shipping. You will receive tracking by email or text message once your order has been shipped. 

(please consider that some orders may arrive outside the stated time frame due to the current state of the world)

Pre orders: Some pre-orders may take longer than expected due to high order volume. Back ordered items will ship out as soon as they are in our hands.

International Orders: International orders may be subject to pay duties and taxes, which is out of our control. 

Refund Policy: All sales are final. We only accept refunds If for some reason a wrong, defective, or damaged item is sent. If so, please reach out to royalsurge.info@gmail.com. If not reported within 3 days, we will not issue a refund. Royal Surge is not responsible for normal wear and tear to items.

Lost Packages: Royal Surge is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages. Please contact USPS, or your local Postal Carrier to locate your package, and or file a lost package report.

Possible Delays: We do our best to ensure that all orders are delivered on time. Please keep in mind that we are only provided with an estimated delivery date from our carrier (USPS). On a rare occasion, these packages can arrive outside of the estimated time frame, if so, it is out of our control.

Incorrect Addresses: We are not responsible for incorrect addresses. If the buyer's package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the buyer is fully responsible to cover the cost to reship the package.

Privacy: Customer's information remains confidential and will not be shared under any circumstances.
